VERSION 4.9

Redesigned Invoice Module
We've redesigned the invoice module to make it as easy as possible to quickly create, modify, and send invoices to your customers. We've consolidated all of the editable invoice fields onto a single page so you can see how changing data will affect the end state of your invoice. Add, edit, and remove line items, change the recurring status, add shipping costs, taxes and previous payment amounts all on the same page with a click of the mouse!

Redesigned Company Calendar
We've redesigned the calendar so that you and your staff can track company holidays, vacation, and schedule meetings or appointments by simply clicking the day and adding the event. The meetings you schedule will automatically remind all of the attendees of the event and schools can send weather alerts to all of their families with one click of the mouse!

Coming Soon! The Visual User Guide
We are updating our user guide with video clips that will show you and your users how to take advantage of all of our modules quickly and effectively!

Also Coming Soon! Custom Billing Plans
This module will give you the ability to design a custom billing plan for your customer. Set the line items, total, number of payments, recurring frequency and much more to tailor a plan for your customer. Then simply assign it to your customer along with the start date and let etransactus take over! If you have subscribed to a payment gateway, all you have to do is watch your payments flow into your bank account!

Appointment Calendar
We've added an appointment calendar to make it easy for you to coordinate meetings between you and your staff members, suppliers, or customers! It's simple to use! Select your attendees from our easy-to-reference recipient list, choose the start time and duration and fill out the meeting description! Activate the reminder option and etransactus will send out email reminders to all of the meeting's recipients. Yet another function we've added to make running your business as easy as a click of the mouse!

Collateral Module Re-Design
etransactus has been listening and as a result of your feedback has redesigned all of the collateral modules including Estimates, Expenses, Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Prospects. We've made it even easier for you to manage your data from beginning to end. No more line item limits on your Estimates, Invoices, and Purchase Orders! Now it's even easier to edit your collateral when you make a mistake. Need to change the recurring status on an invoice? Simply navigate to the recurring tab and choose the desired recurring option. It's so simple and we thank each and every one of you for your valuable input!

Hide the Module List when Users Login
1. Log into your account as the administrator or a user who has permissions to make account changes
2. Click on "Configure" Tab at the top of the page
3. Check off “Do Not Show My Users The Module List When They Login”
4. Click “Update” to save


Business Templates
etransactus is beginning a new program called Business Templates! You can choose the type of business that best describes your company and the site will be customized via a template that inherits your business type attributes. The verbiage on the site will speak to your business as well as the collateral you send to your clients. We've started the program with the Real Estate sector but in the coming months, we will expand the program to include the businesses that use our service the most. So stay tuned to see if your business class is next in line! And if you have suggestions or would like to define a template for your business, simply email your suggestions to support@etransactus.com and our development group will work towards implementing your concept!

Late Payment Fees

Clients still paying late? Now you have the ability to add a late fee to all of your invoices. Simply navigate to your client module, select a client, and fill in the values for "Late Fee" and "Grace Period". The Late Fee that you charge will automatically be added to the invoice when the grace period has exceeded the invoice payment due date! It's that simple!

New Marketing Ad Canvass
We've given you a more powerful tool to craft marketing ads to your clients! With the new Marketing Ad Canvass, you can copy and paste rich text and graphics to help you send professional looking email ads to your client base. And it's simple to mass mail to your clients with our easy-to-use recipient list letting you select all of your clients with one click of the mouse!

Change your default footer text on Estimates, Invoices, and Purchase Orders!
Now you can customize the message you want to send to your clients on your Estimates, Invoices, and Purchase Orders! It's easy...just login as the administrator of the account, go to the "My Account" tab and replace the default message with your new message (up to 255 characters) and click the "Update" button!

We have also made improvements to our recurring billing functionality in this release. We want you to know that we are constantly working to provide you with the best service possible! Always!

The new Timesheet module provides you with more flexibility! Add as many
entries as you need to accurately report your time! Supports fractional
hours and allows for your administrator to create one invoice based on multiple
timesheets!

Export your financial transactions to Quicken and MS Money!
Now you can export your financial transactions in .QIF format making it easier for you to reconcile all of your financial transactions! It's simple to use! Just select a date range, click export, save the file to your pc and use a desktop accounting program (Quicken/MS Money) that has .QIF import functionality. One more tool from us to you to make managing your business a snap!

Exporting Data to MS Money/Quicken (Versions 1999 and Later)

  1. Log into your account as the administrator
  2. Click on the "My Account" tab on the navigation bar
  3. Click on the "Export My Data" link
  4. Select a valid data range using the "From" and "To" fields
  5. Click on the "Export" button
  6. Save file "Transactions{date}.qif" to your local machine

    (You may want to save to your desktop so that you can easily find this file)
  7. Open MS Money/Quicken (Versions 1999 and later)
  8. Select the fle containing your exported financial transactions
  9. Select Import
  10. Select .QIF Format
  11. For "QIF file to import", enter the location of the file "Transactions{date}.qif"

    (If not sure of the location click on browse and locate the file)
For Quicken Users
  12. For Quicken Account to Import into, select the account from the drop down menu
  13. For "Include in Import", check off "Transactions"
  14. Click "OK"
  15. A Screen will pop up and tell you that the ___ of records have been imported
  16. Open up the account selected
  17. Bottom half of screen you will see a list of records imported
  18. You can select one record at time by clicking on "Accept" or Accept all records
        by clicking on "Accept All"
