Terms and Conditions of the esuite™ Challenge

1. The account must be activated for at least 30 days 2. Request for payment on the e-suite™ Challenge must be made within 30 days after the initial first month of service. 3. A minimum of 100 full cycle transactions must be made within the first month of service to qualify for this program. The Definition of a Full Cycle Transaction is the creation of an invoice, email transmission to the customer and online payment by the customer via ACH. 4. The maximum amount paid through this program will be no more than $1,000.00. However the actual amount paid will be depend on the actual number of Full Cycle Transactions within the first month. We will provide a credit in the amount of $0.75 for each Full Cycle Transaction. That charge is the standard charge for an ACH transaction. Example if 100 Full Cycle Transactions are completed, we will issue a credit in the amount of $75. We will also issue a credit for the first month's fee for using e-suite™. For example, if you subscribe to the Full ASP Package with no add-ons, we will issue a credit for $49.95. 5. Payment will be made via ACH within 90 days of receipt and verification of the cancellation of service. 6. Only one offer per subscribing company.
